Shipping Conditions

1. Provider

The following shipping conditions apply to orders placed via the online shop www.water-d.com.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver exclusively to the following regions:
• Germany
• Spain (limited to Mallorca / Balearic Islands)

Deliveries to other Spanish islands (including the Canary Islands) as well as mainland Spain are currently excluded.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on:
• the delivery area (Germany or Mallorca)
• the exact delivery location within the region
• the order value

The applicable shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process after entering the delivery address.

Notes:
• For deliveries within Mallorca, different shipping rates may apply depending on the zone.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the delivery area:

Germany:
• Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days

Mallorca:
• Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days

The exact delivery time will be displayed during checkout.

Note: Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

5. Shipping Service Providers

Shipping is carried out by external logistics service providers.

6. Shipping Process and Tracking

• Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
• Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
• Where available, shipment tracking will be provided.

7. Partial Deliveries

We are entitled to make partial deliveries if this is necessary for efficient processing. No additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

8. Failed Delivery and Refusal of Acceptance

If delivery is not possible due to:
• incorrect address details
• repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts
• refusal to accept the delivery

we reserve the right to charge the customer for any additional costs incurred.

9. Transport Damage

Any obvious transport damage should be reported directly to the delivery agent and to us without delay.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

10. Self-Collection

Self-collection is not possible.

11. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

12. Statutory Consumer Rights

Statutory consumer rights apply, in particular:
• the right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer protection law
• statutory warranty rights

These rights are not limited by these shipping conditions.

13. Changes to Shipping Conditions

The shipping conditions valid at the time of the order shall apply.
